Summer Solstice heralds a change of seasons and beckons us to notice what is growing in our gardens of life. Is it time to weed some things? Add water to help things flourish? Summer is like high noon energy, it is the peak time of year to fire up those intentions. Now is prime time to take the helm of the story of your life and make those adjustments that will assist you for the highest good. Letting go of worn out thoughts and patterns are like pulling those unwanted weeds in the vegetable garden. Look deeply into the garden of your mind/body and spirit and be sure to water only that which you wish to grow.
