Eclipse Sandwich & Equinox

Happy 9-9-9!!

Omgosh, September has arrived and not only brings the Autumn Equinox (cave time for BEAR, woot!!) but an Eclipse Sandwich too!

A few times a year, we are blessed with eclipse energy, or what I like to call, shapeshifting opportunities (now you see it, now you don't?)

The Full Moon Lunar Eclipse in Pisces was Sunday, Sept 7; soon to be followed by a New Moon Solar Eclipse in Virgo on Sunday Sept 21. So between now and then we are in this cosmic Virgo/Pisces sandwich (all about the mystical details right now, you think?!)

In my previous Cosmic Template writings when I once sat with the energies presenting for one whole year, I've shared that September is about Seeing Struggles and Seeing thru the Veil. Typically winter brings us closer to the thinning veils but something about September does too. It also seems to illuminate whatever 'struggle' is presenting right now.

Whenever the Medicine Wheel turns to welcome a new season, there is always a non-ordinary shift happening behind the scenes, but we must first acknowledge this to be true to 'access that knowledge'.

September brings back a sense of schedule; school returns and summer vacations end. Virgo season shines the light on details details details!! Are you finding yourself getting organized or at least really trying to?

Eclipses offer shapeshifting moments and to me, signal a time to REALLY be specific about your intentions and only give life to those positive words that support your highest good. Ponder the eclipsing moon, if the energy of the sky is about 'now you see me, now you don't, oh there you are again'; then why not tap into that transitional reflection? It need not be anything drastic, subtle shifts often last the longest. All to say, set those intentions of how YOU may wish to shapeshift.

Add in the Virgo/Pisces light shining down, know that it's time to really go deeper into magic and mystery of your (our collective) spirituality. Journey on these things and if you haven't learned how yet, sign up for that Journey class! Seek the deeper meaning of your spiritual path thus far.

Lastly, did you know that eclipses activate the nodes on the birth chart? Your Karma (South Node)/Dharma (North Node) - or - what you carried into this life and what you came here to do about it LOL. Your dharma is your path of evolution. So if eclipses are activating your path of evolution, then a good soul searching question may be 'which path are you choosing'? Looking at what sign and house your nodes fall in can offer lots of insight. Especially the North Node. If it's in Sagittarius, then that's a sign (haha no pun intended). I think of Sag as the Divine Archer pointing the way. If it's in your 3rd House then it's all about Communication. Perhaps you came here to communicate to others how to take the high road? So many hints in our nodes!

I don't claim to be an astrologer as I"m certainly not, however, in my own heyoka way I find it fascinating to assign buzz words to the signs, planets and houses.

It's all about this Virgo's details and I love sharing my alternate way of seeing things. Try it!

My North Node is in Sag in the 5th House which represents children, creativity.
