Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is an ancient Japanese technique used for stress reduction, relaxation and healing. Though it was re-introduced to the world in the early 1900's by Dr. Mikao Usui, its origins are truly shamanic in nature. Reiki can be thought of as a chapter in the greater shamanic handbook.

This two-day experiential offering empowers the seeker with a more advanced practice and perspective by combining both modalities for deeper insight, guidance and healing. *Some knowledge of both Reiki and Shamanism required. We will go on multiple journeys together and learn how to integrate the work within the non-ordinary worlds.​

MEDICINE WHEEL TEACHINGS ENERGY EXCHANGE: $150
This one day offering takes a deeper look into The Medicine Wheel, also known as the Sacred Hoop. The Medicine Wheel is an ancient template that gifts us with the Power of Direction. Reflected in the pattern of this template are the seasons of life. This experiential day helps us to better understand the gifts of each direction. As we walk mindfully and with intention through each quadrant, we open to a more harmonious flow of our ever evolving spiritual path.
SHAMANIC HELPERS ENERGY EXCHANGE: $300
This one of a kind, two day offering is unique to me; based on the many sacred practices I experienced during my 7 year shamanic apprenticeship and journey as a Bear Dancer with the MS Bear Society. This hands on offering introduces the seeker to the many shamanic helpers ready to assist us on our earthly journey. Included are teachings from the Winged Ones, Stone People, Sacred Plants, Medicine Wheel, Power Animals, Drums and Rattles. We close our gathering by bringing it all together to Create Sacred Space via a Gratitude Ceremony. ​
DRUM MAKING ENERGY EXCHANGE $333
A one day sacred practice where you will make your own 14” buffalo style hand held drum. Options to write prayers or inscriptions inside the rim as well as adding crystals into the sides of the skins. The day starts and ends in a spirit minded way offering the seeker sacred reflections of the components making up your new drum.​

DRUM CIRCLES ENERGY EXCHANGE - Donation
Considered by many to be the heartbeat of Mother Earth, the pulsing rhythm of the drum in its simplest form is a natural stress reliever. This rhythmic beat quiets the left brain while the right brain is free to roam in creative space. When we open up to these vibrational sounds, we also open the door for deep insight, healing and relaxation to occur. As we drum and rattle together, we begin to shake off the energetic 'stuff' that we've picked up in the course of our daily life. It doesn't take long before we exhale and begin to notice the amazing change in our energy field. As we blend and build our unique rhythms into the circle, we let go even more, tapping into intentions, sharing wisdom reflections and surrendering into the healing rhythms of the drum. Intention is everything!
